Like the great prophet, Nostradamus, Dr. Turi was born and raised in Provence, France. Nostradamus knew that the planet Neptune (Pisces) would affect and control the main line of thinking producing a form of general illusion and deception into the world. Since then, Neptune's deceiving powers (absolute faith) has had his ruling time as imposed by the celestial scheme of things.
